My Mom needs help getting her repaired knee to bend properly again. Anyone have experience with that? - over mom`s knee

My very healthy 55th Mom-old broke his leg and knee broken in several places, about 6 months. You now have a plate and pins in his leg, is in progress, but it is stuck at 88 degrees, and I'd be very happy to bow to its knees. Apathetic, and I just wanted to ask if anyone has experience with this or advice (I know I can not detail here, but I thought that the dollar has been asked). Thank you!
